Guests are expected to use the accommodation respectfully, avoid damage, respect quiet hours and follow all house rules. The guest is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or by persons accompanying them.
KREON Riviera House is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings unless proven fault exists. Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal items during their stay.
KREON Riviera House is not liable for inability to provide services due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, strikes, public authority restrictions, network failures or other force majeure events.
This Cancellation Policy applies to direct reservations made through the website or through direct communication with KREON Riviera House.
A full refund is available only if both of the following conditions are met:
For cancellations made up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the reservation amount is refunded.
For cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, no refund is provided.
In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation amount is retained and no refund is provided.
In case of early departure, no refund is provided for unused nights unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In serious unforeseen circumstances, such as documented medical reasons or comparable force majeure situations, KREON Riviera House may examine an alternative solution such as date change, partial refund, credit for a future stay or another written agreement.
Such exceptional review does not create an automatic right to refund and is assessed case by case.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. Smoking is permitted only on the veranda, provided that it is done carefully and without causing disturbance or damage.
Parties, events and large gatherings are not allowed without prior written approval.
The number of guests must not exceed the number confirmed in the reservation.
Guests must use the furniture, appliances, equipment and spaces of the accommodation with care. Any damage or issue must be reported immediately.
Guests are kindly requested to respect the neighborhood and avoid excessive noise, especially during evening and quiet hours.
In case of loss of keys or access devices, replacement costs may be charged to the guest.
